Check-in and check-out policy
Required copy of Guest's Photo ID proof issued by Central/State Government /Passport & Visa copy (Passport/Voters ID/PAN Card/Driving License/Aadhar), Original will be verified at the time of check-in.
Maximum occupancy per room is 2 adults, depending on the
location and facility (extra beds required for one
additional guest subject to room and availability).

Booking confirmation: Booking is confirmed only on accepting an advance payment of 50% of total amount of the total stay. You may deposit /pay online/ transfer the money to our bank account.
Balance payment to be paid one day before you checkout (not applicable for stay more than 7 days, special terms apply).
If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not use or access the Web Site or information, material, products or services provided therein. This Agreement is between you, and if you are using this Website on your employer's behalf, between you and your employer and Anamala Homestays and is effective as at the date of your first use or access of the Website.
Introduction:
This Cancellation Policy applies to all tour packages and bookings made with Anamala Homestays in Kerala. Our esteemed clients must read, understand, and acknowledge the terms specified before making any reservations.
1. 100% Refund: If cancellation is made 7 days before check-in at Anamala Homestays. 2. 50% Refund: If cancellation is made 3-6 days before check-in.
3. No Refund: If cancellation is made 48 hrs before check-in.
4. Failure to arrive will be treated as a No-Show, and there will be no refund...... Read more.
5. If the guest does not consume the benefits included in the tariff, he/she will have no right to claim a refund at Anamala Homestays.
6. The refund would be made within 7 working days to the account from which the booking payment was made.
7. Discounted bookings are not refundable at Anamala Homestays.
Keep In Mind:
The refund will be made on the basic tariff. Convenience fees and taxes are not refundable.
Extenuating Circumstances Policy:
1. If you cannot arrive for unavoidable reasons, eg, insurgency or pandemic, sudden change in Govt policies & guidelines, etc., the bookings can be rescheduled to any date for 6 months at no cancellation charges.
2. You must inform us at least 48 hours before the check-in date.
3. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
4. You can reschedule for free only once. The second rescheduling will involve 20% rescheduling charges of the basic tariff.
5. We are not limiting you to the same place which you booked. You are free to re-book any of our Anamala homestays across India.
